Rail Trail
The Pemberton Rail trail is a gravel road covering roughly 1.25 miles and connecting Birmingham Road to a railroad museum on Hanover St in Pemberton. There are efforts to restore these antique cars (about 10 or so that I recall) and connect this road to the yellow trail exiting Smithville, but during my walk I encountered volunteers who expressed concern for the project’s future.
Bushkill
This shot was taken several feet from above. The sticks are under the water. The star-field-like mass is debris churned up by the nearby waterfall; their placement almost seems like the night sky in its position (from my vantage point) above the sun and clouds.
Longbridge Park
A little under 3 miles, Longbridge hugs the Rancocas and is good for killing an hour with a dog walk. In the spring the ground is covered with caterpillars -so the squeamish should beware.
